A cloud cream with milk and coconut is a cream based dessert made of milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, coconut flour and icing sugar.
Easy and quick to prepare, smooth, soft and delicious, it is ideal as a spoon dessert or to garnish desserts and cakes.

|1 cup cream|
|1/2 cup milk (fresh)|
|1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk|
|1/4 cup coconut milk|
|1/2 cup coconut flour|
|1/2 cup icing sugar|
- In a bowl, whip the cream with the icing sugar until a firm consistency is obtained.
- In another bowl, combine the coconut milk with fresh milk and condensed milk.
- Gently add in the whipped cream little by little with a spatula, into the milk mixture, making slow movements from bottom to top.
- Pour the cream into the cups and put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
