Easy and quick to prepare, smooth, soft and delicious, it is ideal as a spoon dessert or to garnish desserts and cakes.

1 cup cream
1/2 cup milk (fresh)
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup icing sugar

Preparation :

  • In a bowl, whip the cream with the icing sugar until a firm consistency is obtained.
  • In another bowl, combine the coconut milk with fresh milk and condensed milk.
  • Gently add in the whipped cream little by little with a spatula, into the milk mixture, making slow movements from bottom to top.
  • Pour the cream into the cups and put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • Serve and Enjoy !
