A 3 minute cloudy coffee mousse is a mousse made of coffee, fresh cream and sugar.

Easy and very quick to make, dense, frothy and velvety, it is perfect at the end of a meal or during daytime snacks. It can also be used to garnish desserts and cakes.

1 cup cold heavy cream
40 oz coffee espresso or decaffeinated coffee or 40 oz boiling water and 2 tbsp soluble or decaffeinated coffee)
1 tbsp caster sugar

Preparation :

  • Before making the coffee mousse, prepare the coffee and put 15 min in the refrigerator or 5 min in the freezer to accelerate the cooling.
  • Pour the cold cream, sugar and coffee into a container with high sides.
  • Whisk for 2 min until obtaining a frothy mixture.
  • Serve and enjoy !
