2 minute coffee cake is a cake made of flour, sugar, eggs, yeast, salt, yogurt and coffee that can be prepared in less than 2 minutes.

Easy and very quick to prepare, this soft and delicately scented cake is ideal for daytime snacks.

Yield : 6 servings
2 cups flour
1 cup caster sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 cup plain yoghurt
16 oz coffee

Preparation :

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  • Using a whisk or a fork, mix until a smooth, even mixture is obtained;
  • Pour into a buttered and floured a 10 inch pan.
  • Preheat the oven in static mode to 360° F.
  • Bake for about 30 min.
  • Test the toothpick which should come out of the center of the cake dry if the cake is baked.
  • Go out and let cool.
  • Serve and enjoy !
