1 minute pie pastry is a dough made of flour, yeast, salt, oil and hot water that is realized in a jiffy.

It is perfect for savory or sweet pie, between shortbread and short pastry and close to dough.

2 cups flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
0.5 cup oil
0.5 cup hot water

Preparation :

  • In an airtight container, pour the sifted flour then the yeast and salt.
  • Add the oil and water.
  • Close the container and shake vigorously horizontally then vertically.
  • Open the container.
  • Form a ball of dough.
  • Spread on a lightly floured work surface and place on a pan, with or without parchment paper.
  • Put in the refrigerator.
  • Use !
