5 minute zucchini balls are a preparation based on zucchini, egg, flour, grated Parmesan, dill, parsley, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Easy and quick to prepare, tasty, they are perfect as a starter or as a main course accompanied by a yoghurt sauce and a green salad.

Yield : 4 servings
1 zucchini (big size)
1 egg
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp grated parmesan
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 chopped onion
3 to 4 tbsp olive oil
salt pepper

Preparation :

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, egg, cheese, dill, parsley, salt and pepper, then add the grated zucchini and chopped onion.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
  • Form meatballs with the preparation of zucchini.
  • Fry for about 5 minutes on each side until they take a nice golden brown color.
  • Gently remove the meatballs from the pan and place on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • Serve hot.
  • Enjoy !
